This sweet boy has the absolute worst coat for our place, picks up burrs like crazy and reeks after getting in the pond, but when my brother’s dog was having a litter, we knew we had to have one. She’s got the best personality, and this one didn’t fall far from the tree. He’s just near 2 now; hoping for at least another decade with this guy close by.

Golden- . How big was theirs? He’s like 70 lbs and really tall and slender.

He really is. Incredibly gentle for a 2 year old (still rambunctious at times, of course).

The random foot really threw me there for a minute.

Sweet looking pup. B ut I know better. A d og can look innocent but really be a stinker when he wants to.

Case in point. The pool suffered from his enthusiasm and leaked its contents shortly after playtime was over.

She was 50 lbs or so in her good year, she gained some weight and was up to 55 or so when she got on   prednisone.
